Conditions to participate in the campaign
New and free LuminaOS users
The campaign is available after you have created a LuminaOS account and completed email verification or manual review for the email address used on that account. Eligible accounts can receive free Premium access for the approved campaign period. Each LuminaOS account can use this launch-campaign grant only once.
Trial and paid Premium users
If your LuminaOS account is on an active Stripe free trial, the campaign may extend the trial so the campaign Premium period is available before billing starts. If you already have active paid billing through Stripe, Apple, or Google, automatic enrollment is not applied to avoid changing an existing subscription. Your request can still be reviewed manually, and someone from our team will contact you in the next few days.
Campaign access depends on successful email verification or manual review, campaign availability, and abuse-prevention checks. Voucher eligibility is separate and depends on active usage and feedback participation.
